Can I claim this from insurance?

We give a proper bill and treatment notes, so you can claim reimbursement from your insurer. We don't offer cashless.

Do I need a doctor's prescription?

No. You can come straight to us. If we think you need a scan or a doctor, we'll tell you.

How many sessions will I need?

Most back and neck problems need 6–10 sessions. We tell you after the first assessment and re-test every 3 sessions.

What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothes. Shorts for knee problems.

Can I cancel a session?

Yes, free if you tell us 2 hours before.
